1. What Roast Arena is

Roast Arena is a satirical, user-generated content game. One project ("the Champion") holds the throne at a time. Anyone can pay to submit a project, attack the current Champion with a roast, or boost an existing attack. All roast text and project descriptions are written by users, not by us.

2. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. Project submissions, attacks, and boosts are one-time payments in USD. Once your content is published, it is non-refundable — you confirm this explicitly before every checkout.

3. Your content

You're responsible for what you submit. By submitting a project or a roast, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it doesn't contain illegal content, targeted harassment of private individuals, or discriminatory hate speech. Content is automatically screened before publication and may be removed after the fact if it violates these terms — see Privacy Policy for how moderation works.

You keep ownership of what you write. By publishing it here, you grant us a license to display it on the site (and in shareable images, like the social preview card) for as long as it remains published.

4. Moderation and takedowns

We may remove any content at any time, for any reason, without notice — including content that has already been paid for and published. This does not entitle you to a refund.

5. No warranties

Roast Arena is provided "as is," with no guarantee about uptime, the accuracy of any roast, or whether your project will ever become — or remain — Champion. The game mechanics (timers, boosts, crowning) are automated and may occasionally behave unexpectedly.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continuing to use Roast Arena after a change means you accept the new terms.
